Located in a quiet and peaceful area, this hotel provides a quick and easy taxi service to the check-in area as well as a friendly escort to help with luggage. The room is spacious with modern amenities like an in-room hot spring Jacuzzi and heated bathroom flooring. Staff members are bilingual and provide excellent service, ensuring a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet features local delicacies, such as the famous Shunrindo bakery bread. The lounge access with complimentary drinks and snacks is a plus.

Great stay and awesome service! Loved the beautiful interior and design of the hotel. The amenities came in handy, especially the provided coffee and tea. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, with great English speaking skills. Loved the relaxing Onsen experience. Appreciated the availability of the shuttle service which made it easy to explore the surrounding attractions.

The Onsen was small, and there could have been more amenities provided in the dressing room. It was a bit of a drive to other locations outside of the hotel.

This luxurious hotel offered exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my needs. The spa and wellness centre was exceptional, with a wide variety of massages including a full body massage, head massage and foot massage. The on-site restaurant had a great selection of special diet menus and the private facilities in the rooms were amazing. The location advantage was perfect, with beautiful garden areas that provided the perfect atmosphere for relaxation.

The only minor issue I experienced was the language barrier at the front desk. As a non-Japanese speaker, it was difficult to communicate with some of the staff.

Great room and amenities, beautiful surroundings. The private outdoor hot spring was a highlight of our romantic escape. We also appreciated the comfortable bed and the modern bathroom. The hotel is located in a peaceful area with lovely scenery. The shuttle service to nearby attractions was a convenient touch.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. Best aspects were the cleanliness and hotel facilities, including the onsen bath which was new and beautiful. We also appreciated the complimentary parking, making it easy to get around. The hotel's location was perfect for us since we had our own car, allowing us to easily explore the Karuizawa area. Additionally, the staff was incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay.
